A 1962 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland, Ken is a former Navy carrier pilot. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida in 1972, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1979. His experience includes more than five years as a tax-trial attorney with the IRS Chief Counsel's office in Washington, D.C., and the IRS District Counsel's office in Jacksonville, Florida. He currentley has more than 20 years experience as both an IRS Attorney and Private Practitioner. Ken's practice is focused in the areas of income, estate and gift tax planning for individuals and small business owners, as well as civil and criminal tax litigation. He also serves as a consultant and as an expert witness in estate planning malpractice cases. Ken is a seminar lecturer and public speaker on subjects related to WealthCareSM and has taught at the University of Central Florida.
